Streetwear Cult Return Policy

At Streetwear Cult, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each piece is carefully crafted to deliver both style and durability. However, if you receive a defective item, we’re here to make it right.

Defective Product Returns Only

We only accept returns for defective items. A defective item is defined as a product that has a manufacturing fault or flaw (e.g., broken stitching, misprints, faulty zippers) that is present upon arrival and not caused by wear, misuse, or improper care.

Return Window

  • Defective products must be reported and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds or exchanges.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@streetwearcult.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the defect
    • Clear photos showing the issue
  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Inspection & Resolution:
    • Once we receive the item and confirm the defect, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • This policy does not cover sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or damage caused after delivery.
